Knewest Beauty Return & Exchange Policy

At Knewest Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a simple and fair return process.

 

1. Damaged in Transit or Defective Upon Arrival

•  Report immediately upon receipt.

•  Take clear photos of the damaged product and the original packaging.

•  Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@knewestbeauty.com with:

    •  Your order number

    •  Photos of the damage

    •  Description of the issue

•  We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including return shipping).

Please retain all original packaging and the invoice until the claim is resolved.

7-Day Full Money-Back Return (Undamaged Products)

•  You may return unused, unopened products in original condition within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

•  Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

•  Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the return

 After 7 Days: Exchange Only

•  Returns for refund are not accepted after 7 days.

•  You may exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value within 14 days of delivery.

•  Product must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

•  Customer covers return shipping; we cover reshipping the replacement.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

•  Used or opened products

•  Items without original packaging or invoice

How to Start a Return

1.  Email support@knewestbeauty.com with your order number and reason.

2.  We’ll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.

3.  Ship the item back using a trackable method.

4.  Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Please note some products that are sold do not have the necessary Canadian certifications, such as those from Health Canada or other relevant authorities. not for medical use
